What is the
minimum order quantity? The minimum order quantity is
25.
How should I place my order?
You can order online, through the mail (MaccLin Creative,
LLC, 1027 Paragon Drive, Boulder, CO 80303) or you may phone
in your order to 303.638.0016.
What is the proof process?
You will receive your proof within 48 hours of placing your
order. A digital proof will be sent via email. At that time
you will have the opportunity to make any changes you desire.
Your cards will not print until we receive final approval
from you.
What if I have changes once I receive
my proof?
You are allowed one round of minor changes, any changes after
that will be made at an additional cost.
How long will it take for my order to
arrive?
Your order will generally ship within 5-7 business days of
receipt. Once we have received your order, it will take up
to 48 hours for you to receive an e-mail proof. Once the design
is approved, it will take 4- 5 days to prepare before it ships.
We will notify you by email once the order has shipped. Allow
2-5 business days to receive once the order has shipped. You
are welcome to contact us about the status of you order by
calling 303.638.0016 or email orders@macclin.com.
During the holiday season turnaround time may be longer.
Do I receive extra envelopes?
You will receive one extra envelope per 50 cards ordered.
If I order
by mail, do I get my photograph(s) back?
Yes. Be sure
to write your name on the back of each photo.
I see parts of each design that I like,
can I mix-n-match?
Yes, because our cards are custom-designed,
you can speak directly with a design consultant to create
your own unique card. Depending on the extent of work, an
additional design fee may apply. You can contact a design
consultant at 303.638.0016 to discuss your card.
Can I send a digital photograph?
Yes. Once your order is placed, you can email your photo to
orders@macclin.com
or send them through the US mail. Before sending a photo,
please review the photo
requirements.
Can I use
a photo taken by a professional photographer? Yes, but
it is your responsibility to obtain written permission from
the photographer. Can I order
a sample card?
Yes. Sample cards are sent out for $3.95
each, plus shipping and handling. Just click on the sample
request link and enter the card style number you want
and it will ship out to you within 4-5 business days. Can I send
a few photos for you to choose from?
Yes, you can send
up to 5 photos for us to choose from, but please indicate
if you have a favorite photo. Do you ship
internationally?
Currently, we do not ship outside of
